Moms with little ones often struggle to get their
workouts in. Now you can have an Urban Hiit style
workout while your infant is with you! Inside on rainy
days and on nice sunny days we’ll take the strollers
down to the pier for a workout. Classes inside

KICK KAMP:
"EMPOWERED LIVING"
Come out and enjoy
this empowering class where you'll learn Fitness
Kickboxing Skills and Drills to kick your butt!. You'll
spend the first half of the class working on technique
and form and the second half getting sweaty! This class
is taught by our Fitness Kickboxing Trainers.

"NUTRITIOUS LIVING"
12-Week Success
Program to ensure you are on track with weight loss and
have the support and education to succeed. This program
is taught by our on-site nutritionist and is a
metabolism makeover, a MUST for anyone SERIOUS about
results. Nutrition is 70% of the battle.

This is PERFECT for
mom's who need a break. Come with your little one, we'll
all do a warm up together. Mom's head out for a great
workout and the little ones stay at our studio with our
Youth Fitness Specialist. Together we cool down and do a
Yoga-like Stretch to finish off this PERFECT class!

IN: "LIVING WITH
CONVENIENCE"
Come in and get a
quick workout, we have a Personal Trainer on the floor
with a great workout planned, stay for 30 minutes or an
